Jonathon Rees is an emerging Tasmanian photographic artist who is inspired by personal and artistic legacies. He works as an artist who is an archivist, a curator of images and objects from the past. His work uses digital photography and digital image creation.
Bio
Jonathon was born in Sydney, Australia, in 1958 and lived there before moving to Hobart with his family in 1967.
His grandfather, the artist Lloyd Rees, was a major influence on Jonathon.
